CSA and the National Research Foundation (NRF) jointly entered into a Cyber Security Science & Technology co-operation with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) of the US Government. The Project Agreement (PA) was co-signed by Dr Robert Griffin, Deputy Under Secretary - DHS, Mr David Koh, CE CSA, and Prof Low Teck Seng, CEO NRF this morning at MCI. It aims to foster cooperation on cybersecurity S&T through coordinated research and development, joint activities and information exchange. This PA was signed under the aegis of the Master Agreement on S&T cooperation for homeland/domestic security matters signed between the Government of Singapore and the US Government in 2007.
