Cloud Security for Organisations

Cloud Security Companion Guides

The Cloud Security Companion Guides for Cyber Essentials and Cyber Trust help organisations to understand the cloud security measures to pay attention to as enterprise adoption of cloud computing rises.

Jointly developed with Cloud Security Alliance, these companion guides are aligned to national cybersecurity standards for organisations – Cyber Essentials and Cyber Trust.

Key shifts and cybersecurity implications when organisations move to cloud

These are some key shifts and cybersecurity implications when organisations move to the cloud:

Key shifts and cybersecurity challenges

Cloud Security Companion Guide for Cyber Essentials

The Cloud Security Companion Guide for Cyber Essentials is targeted at organisations that are subscribed to Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).

The cloud Shared Responsibility Model (SRM) is commonly used to describe the responsibilities of the cloud user (or customer) and the cloud provider in securing the cloud environment. This is a joint responsibility that is shared, and the SRM is organised according to the cybersecurity measures in Cyber Essentials mark.
