The CSA x Microsoft Cybersecurity Hackathon 2026 is a national-level challenge designed to ignite critical thinking, creativity, collaboration and digital citizenship among primary and secondary school students. Students are to apply their knowledge on common cyber threats and tips to protect themselves in order to build a safe cyber world as a team using Minecraft Education.

Hackathon Details

  • Who can register: P3-6 students and Sec 1- 4 students

  • Submission deadline: 30 Jan 2026

  • Hackathon presentation date/time (for shortlisted teams only): 25 March 2026, 1.30pm-4pm

  • Location: Microsoft Singapore HQ Office (182 Cecil St, Singapore 069547)

  • Cost: Free-of-Charge

  • There is no limit to the number of teams each school can send

Challenge for Primary School Students: Build a Minecraft world that reflects how your school promotes a safer cyberspace for students.

Challenge for Secondary School Students: Build a Minecraft world that reflects how Singapore, through government and individual efforts, can build a safer digital environment for all.
