About SG Cyber Safe Seniors Programme

The SG Cyber Safe Seniors Programme aims to raise awareness of cybersecurity and encourage adoption of good cyber hygiene practices among seniors as they learn to use smart devices and digital services.
Launched in 2021, CSA collaborates with Singapore Police Force (opens in new tab), and Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) (opens in new tab) to develop initiatives and resources to teach seniors how to be cyber and scam safe. IMDA’s Digital Ambassadors located at the SG Digital Hubs are trained to teach seniors about cyber tips using the handbook for seniors (opens in new tab). CSA also works with banks and other community partners to develop quizzes, resources (opens in new tab) and organise workshops (opens in new tab) at heartland areas. Such workshops are supported by students volunteers who provide one-on-one assistance during the sessions.
For more information about the SG Cyber Safe Seniors Programme or to collaborate with CSA, please write to contact@csa.gov.sg (opens in new tab) or use our feedback form.
