Singapore’s cybersecurity has evolved from perimeter defense (2015) to a "Zero-Trust" and "Assume Breach" model (2021). By 2026, the Cybersecurity (Amendment) Act mandates strict standards for Cloud and CII. Currently, the CSA is actively countering the UNC3886 APT group.
