CSA Joins Fight Against Ransomware

The Cyber Security Agency of Singapore has joined the “No More Ransom” initiative as a supporting partner.
An initiative by the National High Tech Crime Unit of the Netherlands’ police, Europol’s European Cybercrime Centre (EC3) and two cybersecurity companies, Kaspersky Lab and McAfee, "No More Ransom" aims to assist victims of ransomware decrypt their encrypted data by offering free decryption tools on its online portal. The portal also provides ransomware prevention advice.
The website is available in more than 20 languages, including Chinese, Malay and Tamil.
