Cybersecurity Development Programme (CSDP)
The Cybersecurity Development Programme is a 12-month development programme that aims to strengthen cybersecurity capabilities in the public sector by developing recent graduates with little to no background in cybersecurity into well-rounded junior cybersecurity professionals.
The programme is open to both fresh/recent graduates and working professionals, and consists of two phases: a rigorous classroom training phase, followed by a job posting.

Programme Eligibility
What we look for:
Applicants with 0 – 2 years of work experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, Cybersecurity or STEM-related field
Passion for Whole-of-Government (WOG) cybersecurity
Aptitude for cybersecurity and positive learning attitude
Strong understanding of the basics of network architecture.
Ability to clearly articulate complex cybersecurity concepts.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Adaptability and innovative problem-solving skills
Applicants with cybersecurity certifications, Capture The Flag/Hackathon experience, or online cybersecurity course credentials will have a competitive edge.
