CE, CSA Delivers Keynote Address at the 5th Annual International Cybersecurity Conference at Tel Aviv University

Mr David Koh, Chief Executive of CSA, attended the 5th Annual International Cybersecurity Conference at Tel Aviv University, Israel, on 23 Jun 2015, where he delivered a keynote address.

In his address, Mr Koh spoke about Singapore’s journey towards building a Smart Nation, and the various cyber security challenges that the country faced on this journey. He emphasised a holistic, ‘Whole-of-Society’ approach in defending the cyberspace, whereby the Government lays the foundation by building the infrastructure and facilitates the participation of various stakeholders to contribute and innovate and the academia contributes towards the development of research expertise and capabilities in cybersecurity. 

The Annual International Cybersecurity Conference is held every summer and enjoys the participation of senior politicians, foreign diplomats, academics, senior representative of the IDF and other Israeli security services, and cyber-industry experts from around the world.
